Ridge, Hip & Valley Components
Specialised sealing and finishing tiles for ridges, hips, valleys, gables and eaves. Fully integrated with the main tiles – same colour, same alloy strength, same click-in system. Extra-large overlap + built-in butyl sealing strips create a typhoon-proof, zero-leak junction even under 15-level winds and driving rain. Most contractors finish all ridges and edges of a 500 m² roof in one day. Eliminates the most common failure points of ordinary solar roofs.”
Ridge Tile
Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy base coated with fluorocarbon paint, pre-cut into 1m segments for main/hip ridge closures; nailed installation with corrosion-resistant coating prevents rust, integrating ridge ventilation and waterproofing.
Gable Panel
Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy coated with fluorocarbon paint, pre-cut into 1m segments for roof gable edge sealing; nailed fixation with high-strength weather resistance prevents side wind/water leaks and provides aesthetic edging.
Flashing Panel
Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy coated with fluorocarbon paint for roof edges and parapet water diversion; on-site flexible cutting, installed with nails and weatherproof sealant for efficient drainage and impact protection.
Eave Board (with Sub-plate)
Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy coated with fluorocarbon paint for eave closures; sub-plate adhered to walls via butyl tape then nailed, with main board lower edge locking to sub-plate and upper edge supporting first row of tiles, featuring integrated drainage channel to prevent backflow.
Butyl Tape
High-performance butyl rubber sealing tape, paired with eave sub-plate; adhesion enhanced at high temperatures (up to 150°C) with low water vapor transmission rate for permanent flexible sealing, UV-resistant aging, suitable for multiple waterproof joints.
Valley Gutter Panel
Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy coated with fluorocarbon paint for roof valley waterproofing and drainage; ends clipped and fixed to batten strips, with corrosion-resistant design to prevent clogging and ensure efficient drainage and system durability.
Installation as simple as building with blocks
Sunlit’s photovoltaic rooftop systems feature an innovative overlapping structure and modular design that significantly streamline the installation process. Whether for new construction or retrofitting existing roofs, our products adapt quickly to facilitate efficient construction, saving both time and costs.
