Color Coordination & Curb Appeal: Located in a scenic lakeside resort, this holiday villa features a vibrant yellow facade and a classic red brick chimney. The owner wanted to upgrade to a 10kW solar system to power the retreat, but installing industrial blue solar panels would severely clash with the bright, warm architectural colors and the surrounding natural landscape.
Complex Valley Waterproofing: The roof design included intersecting slopes forming deep valleys. In a humid lake environment with heavy seasonal rain, these valleys are highly susceptible to leaks if not handled with absolute precision.

The Perfect Architectural Anchor: We selected the Lumina Slate (Pro+) series. Its deep, matte black surface creates an elegant, grounding contrast to the vivid yellow walls, turning the roof into a premium architectural anchor rather than an eyesore.
Engineered for Weather Resistance: As shown in our close-up project logs, our specialized valley flashing and modular interlocking design ensure 100% weather resistance. The 245 sq.m roof flawlessly generates 12,000 kWh per year while protecting the home against the harshest lakeside elements.
