Aesthetics as a Core Business Asset: For boutique homestays and luxury guesthouses, the visual appeal and atmosphere are what attract guests. The property owner wanted to offset high electricity costs but knew that installing traditional, bulky solar panels (BAPV) would ruin the carefully curated architectural vibe and potentially alienate customers.
High Energy Demand: Operating a hospitality business requires significant power. The client needed a robust 8kW system packed into a moderate 180 sq.m roof footprint.

Eco-Tourism Branding with Zero Visual Pollution: We integrated the Lumina Slate (Pro) series to serve as the building’s primary roof. The minimalist, dark slate finish seamlessly blends with the local architecture while quietly turning the entire roof into a power generator.
A Sustainable Destination: Generating 9,600 kWh of clean energy annually, the homestay now successfully markets itself as an “eco-friendly destination”—a major selling point for modern travelers—proving that sustainability and premium aesthetics can go hand in hand.
