Strict HOA Aesthetic Standards: Situated in the highly sought-after Yunxi Diegu residential community, this villa is subject to strict community architectural guidelines. Traditional rack-mounted solar panels (BAPV) were deemed too industrial and visually disruptive, potentially lowering the property’s premium aesthetic value.
Multi-Hip Roof Complexity: The 163 sq.m roof features a multi-hip design with several converging slopes and small ventilation chimneys. Covering this efficiently without creating an eyesore of exposed wires and metal racks was a significant challenge.

Architectural Respect: We installed the Lumina Slate (Pro) series to serve as both the primary roofing material and the power generator. The sleek, dark flat profile mimics high-end traditional slate, instantly satisfying community aesthetic standards while elevating the home’s modern curb appeal.
Flawless Multi-Slope Integration: Our custom edge flashing and modular tiles allowed the installation team to effortlessly navigate the complex multi-hip structure. The resulting 8kW system is entirely invisible, safely generating 9,600 kWh of clean energy annually without a single aesthetic compromise.
