The invisible foundation that makes luxury solar roofs possible. Combines high-performance breathable waterproof underlayment with structural battens to create a perfectly flat, ventilated, 100% waterproof platform. Prevents condensation under the premium slate-look tiles, ensures zero leaks for 25 years and maximises energy output.
Composite Sloped Roof Waterproof Membrane:
Made from non-woven fabric compounded with modified asphalt, serving as the primary roof base waterproof layer. Directly laid and nailed in place, its special self-healing structure ensures no leakage from nail holes, providing a reliable waterproof barrier; suitable for sloped roofs, with optional installation of water flow strips on top.
Eave Strip / Batten Strip
Made from corrosion-resistant treated wood, typically arranged by the buyer.
Recommended size 3cm×5cm; eave strips placed perpendicular to the ridge on the roof base to secure batten strips and guide rainwater drainage while promoting ventilation; batten strips installed parallel to the ridge, providing stable tile support, separating the waterproof layer from tiles for efficient drainage and system durability.
Aluminum Foil Composite Insulation Waterproof Underlayment
A composite layer of aluminum foil and waterproof materials, placed over the roof base or waterproof membrane, ensuring tight overlaps. It combines waterproofing with heat reflection, blocking summer heat radiation while retaining winter warmth for energy-efficient insulation; easy to install without additional fasteners.
