Eave Closure Board
Aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy panel for eave edging. Quick left-right overlap installation with integrated seals and drainage channels; corrosion-resistant, aesthetically finished, prevents wind-driven water ingress.
Aluminum Drainage Gutter
Flexible aluminum alloy drainage component, laid in roof valleys before tiles. Bendable to fit any shape, quickly fixed and sealed; efficient water diversion, clog-resistant, corrosion-proof and weather-durable.
Secure Bracket
Soft steel batten bracket installed at the roof’s highest point to support ridge tile positioning. Multi-hole design allows screw adjustments for fixation; provides structural support adaptable to various slopes.
Ventilation Membrane
Waterproof breathable film wrapping the square timber and secure brackets under the ridge. Creates ventilation channels to promote heat dissipation and prevent moisture buildup; simple installation improves indoor comfort.
Ridge Tile
Alloy surface-treated for main and hip ridges. Left-right quick-overlap design enables tool-free fast installation; high-weathering coating resists corrosion, ensuring ridge waterproofing and ventilation.
Edge Tile
For left-right roof edges, with up-down overlaps secured by screws and weatherproof sealant. Aluminum alloy material provides edge sealing and aesthetic closure; enhances side waterproofing and adapts to slope variations.
Prudite Membrane
Self-adhesive modified asphalt membrane for roof-to-gable junctions. Fixed with butyl tape assistance to form a flexible seal; high-elasticity waterproofing prevents lateral leaks.
Villa Seal Press Strip
Metal press strip screwed over the Prudite membrane. Reinforces gable junction sealing with mechanical compression; weatherproof sealant aids long-term gap-free waterproofing.
Butyl Tape
High-performance butyl rubber sealing tape, paired with Prudite membrane for gables. Enhanced adhesion after heat exposure provides permanent flexible sealing; UV-resistant, suitable for multiple joints.
